Deactivating your two-factor authentication

1. Go to support.pdax.ph/s/contactsupport and fill out the form. Choose the following:

  • Type of Issue - Account Management
  • I need help with - Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Note: For mobile users, you may access the site through your phone's web browser.

2. Attach a clear selfie photo holding a sheet of paper with the following details written down:

  • "2FA Deactivation Request"
  • Date of Request
  • Include three (3) specimen signatures
