Funding and withdrawing your account through the PDAX Web Exchange

How to Deposit PHP to your PDAX Account

1. Go to trade.pdax.ph and log in to your account

2. Click “Funds”

3. Click “Payment In”

4. Click “PHP”

5. Click “Cash-In”

6. Choose your preferred payment channel

  • You may choose from Online, E-Wallet, or OTC channels

7. Enter the cash-in amount and other relevant information required

  • Please take note that the minimum deposit, convenience fee and waiting time vary for each payment channel

8. Click “Next” to proceed

  • Please check your email/mobile and follow the payment instructions sent
  • If you don’t see our email in your inbox right after you submitted your request, please check your spam or junk folder

9. For requests via Bank Transfer, InstaPay and PESONet, please fill out our Contact Us form:

  • Type of issue: Account Funding & Withdrawal
    I need help with: Submitting my Deposit Slip
  • Attach a screenshot of your deposit slip or proof of payment (SMS/email notification) that shows the date and time of the transaction
  • For overseas users, please indicate your current location and/or time zone

How to Withdraw PHP from your PDAX Account

1. Go to trade.pdax.ph and log in to your account

2. Click “Funds”

3. Click “Payment Out”

  • To see your available digital assets, kindly transfer your PHP from your Exchange Wallet to your Primary Wallet

4. Click “PHP”

5. Click “Cash-Out”

6. Choose your preferred payment channel

  • You may choose from Online, E-Wallet, or OTC channels

7. Enter the cash-out amount and other relevant information required

  • Minimum withdrawal of PHP 200.00
  • Please take note that the convenience fee and waiting time vary for each payment channel
  • If you don’t see our email in your inbox right after you submitted your request, please check your spam or junk folder

8. Click “Next”

9. Review your details and click “Confirm Cash-Out” to proceed

10. For requests via OTC, please check your email within 24 hours for your Control Number

  • Subject of the email should be: Cash Out Ready
  • Check your spam/junk mail
  • Once received, the beneficiary may proceed to the nearest branch and present the control number and their valid ID
  • When filling out the form, the sender’s information should be: BDO Remittance Philippines or Paynamics Remittance

How to Cancel Pending Cash-In Requests

1. Go to trade.pdax.ph and log in to your account

2. Click “Funds”

3. Click “Payment In”

4. Click “PHP”

5. Click “Cash-In”

6. Under Recent Transactions, select the cash-in request that you want to cancel

  • Please make sure that the cash-in request that you want to cancel is not an "active cash-in request" where you have already paid your cash-in amount due

7. Click “Details”

8. Click “Cancel Transaction”

9. Confirm the cancellation by clicking “Cancel Transaction”

10. You will receive an email notification that your cash-in request has been successfully cancelled

Note: Manual cancellations are only applicable for InstaPay and DragonPay cash-in requests. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the validity to expire.
