Upgrading from Premium to Partner

1. Go to support.pdax.ph/s/contactsupport and fill out the form. Choose the following:

  • Type of Issue - Account Management
  • I need help with - Partner Upgrade Application

2. Set your preferred schedule for a face-to-face interview with one of our Account Officers

  • Monday to Friday except holidays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
