Holiday Booster Promo

1. What is the "Holiday Booster" promo?

It is an exclusive rewards program where eligible PDAX users can earn PHP 500.00 worth of USDT by completing three qualifying market trades within the promo period.

2. When is the promo period?

The promo runs from December 20, 2025, to December 31, 2025. However, it is limited to the first 300 slots, so the promo may end early if all slots are filled.

3. Who is eligible to join?

This promo is exclusive. You are eligible only if:

--> You personally received the promo notification via your registered PDAX email address.

--> You are among the first 300 users to complete the requirements.

4. How do I qualify for the PHP 500.00 USDT reward?

To qualify, you must perform the following:

--> Complete at least three (3) market trades (Buy or Sell).

--> Each trade must be worth a minimum of PHP 300.00.

--> You must input the promo code XMASBOOST on the trade confirmation screen for each of the three trades.

5. Where do I enter the promo code?

The promo code field is located on the trade confirmation screen. You must enter it after clicking "buy" or "sell," but before you click "confirm."

6. Which tokens can I trade?

You can trade any token currently listed on the PDAX App.

7. How many times can I receive the reward?

Each eligible user can only be rewarded once. The maximum reward is PHP 500.00 worth of USDT.

8. When will I receive my USDT reward?

--> Evaluation: Qualified trades will be evaluated on January 2, 2026.

--> Crediting: Rewards will be credited to your PDAX account within 7 business days after the evaluation date.

--> Note: The USDT conversion rate will be based on the day the rewards are credited.

General Terms and Conditions

The conduct of this promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, and shall also include, the PDAX Platform Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies on the PDAX Platform and such terms may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms therein (collectively referred to as the “PDAX Platform Terms”).

Prizes or Rewards are provided on an “as-is” basis and cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person with PDAX’s prior approval. PDAX disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty or representation of usability, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Prizes or Rewards, or that any claims made in relation to such Prizes or Rewards are accurate, that the Prizes will meet the eligible participant’s expectations. To the extent that Prizes or Rewards are digital assets, PDAX does not guarantee the technical and financial integrity of the digital assets and their ecosystems. Trading with any cryptocurrency is subject to the user’s risk and own discretion and must be done after adequate and in-depth research and analysis.

The terms and conditions of this promotion may be subject to change in or additional terms and conditions, and eligible participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the promotion. The modified or updated terms and conditions will be posted and effective upon posting, or as otherwise dated. PDAX reserves the right to change any terms of the PDAX Platform Terms or suspend or cease the promotion, at our sole and absolute discretion, any time and without prior notification nor liability to any participant. Your continued participation in the promotion after any change in the terms or mechanics shall be deemed as your acceptance of such amended terms or mechanics. If you disagree with the amended terms or mechanics, please cease your participation in the promotion.

PDAX has the right to disqualify or remove participants, or not to award any prize, if PDAX has reasonable grounds to believe that such participant: (i) has tampered with or attempted to tamper with the process or the operation of promotion; (ii) has breached the PDAX Platform Terms; (iii) have made any misrepresentations in respect of, has abused, or has employed any illegal or criminal activity (including fraud) in connection with, the promotion or any use of the PDAX Platform.

PDAX may notify you of any prize to be received by you via Platform notifications or emails. However, PDAX is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify. Please check your PDAX account and email messages regularly, including your “junk” folders.

PDAX’s collection, use and disclosure of any personal data (including that of any eligible participant) will be subject to these General Terms and Conditions, and shall also include, the PDAX Platform Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies on the PDAX Platform and such terms may be amended from time to time.

PDAX may collect, use, disclose or publish the eligible participant's personal information in order to process the disbursement and/or delivery, communication in connection with this promotion and for the purposes of administering the promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy. If qualified participants are not willing to provide their personal information and other requested information, then PDAX will not be able to process, disburse and/or deliver the prizes. By choosing to not provide the personal data, each eligible participant acknowledges and agrees that any of his/her entitlement to the prizes shall be forfeited and he/she shall release and discharge PDAX from any obligations or liability in relation to it, and undertakes to not submit any claim to PDAX with respect to any matter related to this promotion. 

PDAX shall not be liable for any variation in the prizes’ value, any tax liability incurred by or accrued to a participant or otherwise incurred or accrued in connection with this promotion, or the use of the prizes by the qualified participant. You shall indemnify and hold PDAX free and harmless from and against any and all liabilities, penalties, interests, surcharges, and taxes in connection with, or arising from, your participation in this promotion or your use of the prizes.
