1. Open to new and existing users of PDAX.
2. Must be a level 2 verified PDAX user who has made a qualified transaction within 2024 or 2025. Qualified transactions are specified below:
a. Buy or Sell Crypto
b. Buy or Sell Bonds
c. Filled Limit Order Transactions
Mechanics
1. Join the PDAXTalks: Behind the Block online event, taking place happening on November 26, 2025 at 9:00PM through the following official PDAX channels:

---> YouTube: youtube.com/c/PDAXPH
2. Contribute to the discussions by:
a. Asking Questions:
i. Submit questions during the livestream’s session.
ii. The top 10 best questions will be selected for rewards based on the judging criteria below.
b. Sharing Opinions / Experiences:
i. Contribute to the enrichment of the discussion by sharing experiences and opinions related to the topic.
ii. The top 10 best shared opinions or experiences will be selected for rewards based on the judging criteria below.
3. Questions and shared experiences / opinions must be submitted via the livestream chat on either of the aforementioned official PDAX channels.
4. Ensure that the questions on the comment section:
a. Are aligned with the session’s primary topic(s).
b. Contains the hashtag #PDAXTalks in their inquiry / shared experience or opinion.
5. Qualified participants are allowed to receive rewards only once per session, regardless of the number of questions posted and shared experiences / opinions during the open community discussion segment.
6. An extra ten participants, who were not among the top 10 best questions, top 10 best key takeaways, and top 3 best story tellers, will participate in the duck race and 5 winners will be randomly selected to receive rewards. 7. And the top three community storytellers will be chosen from those who submit a relevant story through this form: https://forms.gle/sYLHBSM9Qi3NjCew7 . Their stories will also be featured during the session.
8. Participants must complete the provided Google Form to claim their reward: https://forms.gle/atrUgnL22TJqKffc6.
9. Read and agree to the PDAX Community Program Terms and Conditions:
Reward Distribution:
A total of ₱15,000 worth of USDT will be distributed under the following terms:
Top 10 Best Questions Participants
The top 10 participants who submit the best questions during the event and complete the Google Form will each receive ₱500 worth of USDT.
Top 10 Best Experiences / Opinions Shared Participants
The top 10 participants who submit the best shared opinions / experiences during the event and complete the Google Form will each receive ₱500 worth of USDT.
Top 3 Storyteller
The top 3 participants who submit the best stories and complete the Google Form will each receive ₱1,000 worth of USDT.
[Online Duck Race] Participants/ Lucky Winners
Participants who do not make it to the top 10 best questions, top 10 best shared experiences / opinions shared or top 3 best storytellers will still have a chance to receive a reward through an online Duck Race at https://www.online-stopwatch.com/duck-race/. The first 5 participants to finish the race will each receive ₱400 worth of USDT.

To maintain a positive and educational environment, all questions submitted and shared opinions or experiences during the PDAXTalks event must adhere to the following guidelines:
Question-and-Answer Session
Content Standards:
---> Questions must be relevant to the topic discussed by the guest speakers.
---> Participants must refrain from submitting inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant questions.
---> Any form of trolling, spamming, or unethical behavior will lead to disqualification.
---> Any questions whose nature is analogous or similar to those mentioned above.
Experience / Opinions Sharing Sessions
Content Standards:
---> Shared experiences/opinions must be relevant to the topic discussed by the guest speakers.
---> Participants must refrain from expressing inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant experiences/opinions.
---> Any form of trolling, spamming, or unethical behavior will lead to disqualification.
Story Submissions
Content Standards:
---> Stories must be relevant to the theme or discussion presented during the event.
---> Participants must avoid submitting fabricated, inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant stories.
---> Submissions must reflect genuine experiences, insights, or community involvement related to the topic.
---> Any form of plagiarism, trolling, spamming, or unethical behavior will lead to disqualification.
---> Any stories whose nature is analogous or similar to those mentioned above will also be disqualified.
Rights to Disqualify:
---> PDAX reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these guidelines, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or engages in any form of unethical conduct during the event.
Judging Criteria:
Questions-and-Answer Session
---> 60% Relevance & Insightfulness – The question’s relevance to the topics discussed by the guest speakers.
---> 40% Engagement & Clarity – How well the question sparks discussion and how clearly it is articulated.
Experience / Opinions Sharing Sessions
---> 50% Relevance & Authenticity – The stories or opinions are related to the topic and come from a genuine, personal perspective.
---> 30% Insight & Value – The contribution offers insights, learnings, or helpful takeaways for the community.
---> 20% Clarity & Engagement – The experience is clearly expressed and contributes positively to the flow of discussion.
Story Submission
---> 30% Relevance – How well the story aligns with the event’s theme or discussion.
---> 30% Creativity and Originality – The uniqueness and authenticity of the story shared.
---> 25% Clarity and Coherence – How clearly and effectively the story is presented.
---> 15% Impact and Insight – The emotional or educational value of the story and its ability to inspire or inform others.
The panel will consist of three (3) authorized PDAX representatives who will evaluate the top 10 best questions asked during the event and the top 10 best shared opinions or experiences.
